Q. My order is being declined by the webshop. How can I complete the purchase?
A. Some credit card companies have restrictions on web transactions. If your order is failing, please contact your credit card company and request that an order on Imagineer Systems be allowed to go through, then please try to reprocess your order. If the order continues to fail, please email us and we will arrange a PAYPAL invoice option. Note: Imagineer Sales office is closed on weekends.
Q. I recently purchased mocha Pro. Can I receive a refund discount?
A. No. All previous sales are final.
Q. I can't purchase during the sale, will you hold the price for me?
A. No. The sale is an exclusive, limited offer.
Q. Can I purchase multiple licenses or a floating license for my facility?
A. No. The sale is for nodelocked licenses only.
Q. I own a laptop and workstation. Can I licenses both computers?
A. Yes, Imagineer's license agreement for nodelock purchases allows a customer two activations, to license a laptop or second computer as long as both licenses are not being run at the same time.
