Q. My order is being declined by the webshop. How can I complete the purchase?

A. No. All previous sales are final.

Q. Can I purchase multiple licenses or a floating license for my facility?
A. No. The sale is for nodelocked licenses only. One per customer.
Q. I own a laptop and workstation. Can I licenses both computers?
A. Yes, Imagineer's license agreement for nodelock purchases allows a customer two activations, to license a laptop or second computer as long as both licenses are not being run at the same time.
