The mo101 master class is designed to give artists an introduction to the fundamentally new approach to 2D tracking invented by Imagineer Systems, called 2D planar tracking, and to the visual effects products that are built on this technology.
The overall aims of the course are to
- introduce the concept of planar tracking, the Imagineer tools and their applications
- teach you how to apply the Imagineer tools by means of numerous exercises
The course covers the following topics:
- introduction
- a brief history of tracking
- explanation of 2D planar tracking
- examples of 2D planar tracking
- introduction to the Imagineer user interface
- motor class exercises
- monet class exercises
- mokey class exercises
