I have had good success with the removal tool on most projects but a few I have not been able to solve. One of the clips I can’t solve is of ground breaking ceremony, a photographer (the object that needs removed is in background) with dirt being shoveled in front of the person. I want to keep the dirt but remove the photog. Can this be done?

The issue is any object that is obscured with blurry information is not going to be a good candidate for a straight up remove and will be much more successful as a series of patches. Please let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to help you.
