Importing tracking data into AE not working

Hello peeeps

Been learning AE with a Video copilot demo. When i track my shot in mocha it works fine but when i copy the data to the clipboard and paste into my solid layer in AE the track is always off. Too small. I have checked that the composition size matches the video source and the size of the mocha project and i am on first frame in AE. Any work arounds?
