When I render my file, in the sector that uses the remove tool is stained green or red
You need to roto the shirt on top of the remove, it looks like you’re pulling in colors with interpolate without separating out the differently colored layers. Interpolate will try to change the lighting over time. Try linear (or none) in your illuminating modeling settings and try it with the short rotoscoped out over the top layer.
