I recently downloaded and installed the update Version 5.1.1 build 12660 and since downloading it, mocha pro has been unable to give me complete track data.
I am able to track a clip fine and can see that data is being written across the whole clip from the “Dope Sheet” tab and from watching the planar surface, but when I copy the track data to my clipboard or save it as a text file, I only receive the first 10 frames of data.
I am not sure if this issue is related to the update, but I’ve tried different clips and such to try and figure out what the issue is to no avail. Anybody else having this issue or know what to do?
Below is a Paste from my clipboard of the partial data that Mocha Pro is giving me. Thanks!

If you’re only pasting in data every ten frames you’re definitely unlicensed.
If your license is installing and the software keeps popping up in LE mode, chances are your license is not installing properly. Normally, activating your license is a two step process, you activate the key and install the license. If you’re activating normally and the license is still not working, try this:
Run one of our cleaner scripts in order to completely wipe away the previously established licensing entries between mocha and the OS. To run these scripts successfully you must be logged into your OS as an Admin-level User account, and you need to close all other programs.
On the Mac:
Quit any NLEs or any other software that might be running in conjunction with mocha.
