Q. How many licenses are available to upgrade?
A. There are 30 nodelocked discount licenses available for sale. First come, first served. One per customer.
Q. Can I purchase a floating license?
A. No, the sale is for nodelocked licenses only. The sale is targeted to individuals, who have expressed interest in upgrading but could not afford the pricing. Companies that require floating license should not be using this discount code.
Q. When will the sale end?
A. The sale will end on Monday, December 27 at 11:59pm EST
Q. I purchased mocha Pro already, can I get a refund?
A. Sorry, the facebook promo is really targeted to individuals looking for a special holiday present. This is a time and quantity limited promotion that will not effect past or future list price sales.
Q. I tried to order but my online purchase fails. Why?
A. Some credit card companies choose to have higher security measures than others. If you order fails, you can call your credit company and ask that they allow an order to go through from Imagineer Systems, UK based company. Then, resubmit the checkout process.
Q. I entered in the coupon code: fb_upgrade_2010 but do not see a discount price. Why?
A. If you entered in the exact code and do not get the discount price, all of the available licenses have been purchased. Sorry.
