Im not sure what om doing wrong, i get 0% solved on solve quality when doing the camera solve.
What am i doing wrong?

Are you doing a PTZ solve or a parallax solve?

If this is a hand held camera shot you will need two non-coplanar planes in order to get a proper solve. That is probably what is going on.
